Sleek modern design feels durable . I just plug the usbc cable into my Mac and can transfer files has single 4k video output. SD and Sd mini card reader on back with USB slots and Usbc mini. The cable is fixed and make sure you order the correct length even the 3 ft seems short. But overall great product . Worked with no issues. Just plug in and transfer. This is my second hub from them. So far no issues.

I really like the form factor, and the options it's providing. It's got enough mass to it that the cables sticking out of it aren't going to tip it over, so I'm happy with that. I really like the slanted presentation of the USB jacks, which makes it easy if you're plugging and unplugging things with any frequency. Generally functional, and I've been using it for a few months now (only for USB...not for the HDMI or card-reader functions). But...a couple of nits:* The cable from the device is on the right. No option for it to come out the other side. This can mean forcing some desk layout and wire management to accommodate it. My desk would be slightly neater if the USB came out either the back or the left...right was just the wrong side for me.* More seriously, I've had this plugged into a 2024 Mac Mini, and the hub sometimes just fails. It's as if the whole USB hub just drops off the Mac. It still shows that it's powered, it still delivers power to devices, but, for example, a standard keyboard plugged into it is unresponsive. If I unplug the hub from the Mac and plug it back in, it begins working again. This happens maybe a couple of times per month. Not a frequent concern, but enough to have noticed the pattern.I'm not returning it...still quite useful as it is. But I do wish it weren't dropping the connection from my computer.

Excellent HUb! SD Card reader worked as needed to update Mazda SD Card with Maps! Replaced an INSIGNIA 4 Port Hub w/o SC Card reader. Longer cable on this Hub allowed me to place it behind my Laptop where it is not seen. Like the Top access ports vs side ones on the INSIGNIA unit

This hub is perfect in nearly every way. Sharp looking design. Plenty of ports and connection types. I have one serious quibble with it that forces me to give it 3 stars instead of 5 and that is that external hard drives connected to the hub do not reconnect to my computer (a Mac Mini M4, in this case). Instead, the green light on the hub flashes until I unplug one of my external drives from it and then reconnect it. Then all of my external USB hard drives connect where none of them would before. I haven't found a fix or workaround to this issue. If I cannot, I'll likely have to look for another hub solution that doesn't have this issue. A huge miss for an otherwise outstanding product.UPDATE: After posting my initial review, the team at intpw reached out to me, expressing concern that I wasn't 100% satisfied with my purchase and saying they wanted to make it right. After working out with their technical leads that I was going to need a powered hub, I was appreciative and figured that would be the end of it. But it was not. The fine folks at intpw weren't satisfied with just diagnosing my problem. They took it another ten steps forward and offered to provide me with a powered hub that would meet my needs. Up until I actually received the hub from them, I was skeptical that they would actually follow through. But they did, and the replacement hub they sent me (moswl #B0DT6Z3R4F) works absolutely perfectly! No more stalled out external hard drives, even upon a reboot of my system. I couldn't be happier. It's refreshing in this day and age to encounter a company that stands by their products and values their customers so strongly and passionately. It's sadly a rarity anymore, but intpw does it with enthusiasm and sincerity and have made me customer for life. Thank you!
