intpw is committed to providing a straightforward and customer-friendly return experience. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all purchases made on intpw.com.
1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Quality Issues (Defects): Eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.

Non-Quality Issues (Changed Mind): Eligible for a return or exchange, provided the item meets our condition requirements.
2. Item Condition Requirements
For non-quality-related returns, the product must be in resellable condition:

The product must show no visible signs of heavy wear, physical damage, or unauthorized disassembly.

All original accessories (e.g., cables, manuals) and the original retail box must be included.

Note: We understand that outer shipping boxes may incur minor wear during transit. As long as the product itself and the internal packaging are intact, your return will be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@intpw.com with the following information:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the designated return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may result in a lost package or delayed processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs

intpw Covers Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., confirmed manufacturing defect, wrong item received), we will bear all return shipping costs.

Customer Covers Shipping: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong model) or involves a warranty claim from outside the original country of purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Tip: If you are shipping an item over $39, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. intpw cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process it within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Non-Refundable Exceptions

Products missing original accessories or components.

Items physically damaged by misuse, drops, water exposure, or third-party repairs.

Products with missing or altered labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeit marks.
