Warranty Information

Warranty Time

intpw's products are warranted for 18 months.

This warranty period applies only to all products purchased on intpw.com.

Warranty Process

- Provide your order number.

- Provide a description of the product defect you are experiencing.

- You may need to return the product for quality inspection.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases

- Returning the product for any reason other than a proven defect.

- Make a warranty claim on an item purchased outside of the original country of purchase.

- Return of an item claimed to be defective but found to be in normal condition by intpw quality control.

- Returning a defective item via international shipment.

- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return made outside of the approved warranty process).

Not covered by warranty

- Items without sufficient proof of purchase.

- Products that have been lost or stolen.

- Merchandise for which the warranty period has expired.

- Non-quality related issues (30 days after purchase).

- Free products.

- Repair through a third party.

- Damage caused by external factors.

- Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation of the device).

- Purchased from an unauthorized dealer.

Intpw is not liable for

- Loss of data incurred from use of intpw products.

- Returning personal items sent to intpw.
