Warranty Period

All INTPW products purchased directly from our official website or authorized resellers are covered by a 24-Month Limited Warranty, starting from the date of original purchase.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this time, INTPW will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty strictly does not cover any problems that are caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage, scratches, or cable fraying over time).
• Products operated outside of their intended use or specified environmental conditions.
• Purchases made from unauthorized third-party sellers, clearance sales, or second-hand channels.
• Loss or theft of the product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

3. Include clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect. This will significantly speed up the processing time.
4. Our dedicated technical support team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours with further instructions, which may include troubleshooting steps or details on how to return the defective item for a replacement.
