Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

  • Special Alert: During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Mother's Day) or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $20.00.

  • Shipping Fee: For orders under $20.00, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-8 business days after the order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions intpw ships globally, with a primary focus on the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

  • Address Restrictions: Please note that we DO NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). A physical residential or business address is required to ensure successful delivery.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Tax-Inclusive Service: Great news! For our customers in major markets, all prices are tax-inclusive. intpw handles the customs clearance and prepays any applicable import duties or VAT. You will not be charged any hidden fees upon delivery.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking information will typically be active and updated within 24-48 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at support@intpw.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • intpw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
