Enjoy this product. However, I wish the AV port had the screw holes to fully secure the cable, but it’s working as it should.

The product does what it needs me to do but the USB C port does not work at all.

So here is the update. The seller reached out to me and offered me either a replacement or a refund. I told them that I was outside of the return time. The seller still offered me the options. I chose the replacement. I just got it today and it works perfectly. I so appreciate the seller for their great customer support. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
