Returns & Exchanges

intpw provides customers with a simple and clear return policy. Customers can enjoy free return, exchange, and repair services within the validity period according to relevant regulations.

Return and Exchange Timeframe

7 days return without reason, 30 days exchange without reason.

- If the product has no manufacturing defects and is still in brand new condition, you can apply for a return within 7 working days of receiving it and an exchange within 30 days.

- If the product has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned or exchanged within 30 working days of receiving it.

How to start a return?

Contact the intpw customer service team via email: support@intpw.com

The following information needs to be included in the email:

- Order number

- Proof of purchase

- Video or photos of the defective product (if applicable)

- Delivery address

- Request a return via e-mail. You will receive an email with the return process, address, and notes.

Return shipping fee

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If the seller requests a return for product inspection, the seller is responsible for shipping charges.

Shipping costs should be borne by the buyer in the following cases:

- Customer issues (don't like, don't want)

- Return of the product for any reason (other than proven defects)

- Warranty claims on items purchased outside the original country of purchase

- Return of incorrect merchandise

- Returned merchandise claimed to be defective but found to be in normal condition by intpw quality control department

- Return of defective merchandise via international shipment

- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return made outside of the approved warranty process)

If shipping costs exceed $39, please consider using a shipping service that offers tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, intpw cannot guarantee the successful return of merchandise.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.

Refunds may take 7-15 business days to be reflected in your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Conditions

- Packaging is visibly worn or damaged

- Lost or stolen product

- Labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof markings, anti-counterfeiting markings, etc. are torn or altered.

- Repair through a third party
